1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DFA Code Intelligence ("the Service"), operated by IT-Xpert Consulting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DFA Code Intelligence is a cloud-based SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyze ISIS Papyrus DFA source code and generate professional documentation. Your source code is transmitted to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, and others) for processing. The AI model used depends on your selection within the application. See our Privacy Policy for a full list of sub-processors.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Phone verification via SMS is required to activate your free trial.
4. Free Trial
New accounts receive 3 complimentary analyses. Free trial analyses include the full feature set. No credit card is required for the free trial.
5. Credits & Payment
Beyond the free trial, the Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through the application via Stripe, our payment processor.
- Credit packs: Available in Solo, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise tiers. Pricing is displayed in the application at the time of purchase.
- Credit validity: Purchased credits expire 12 months after the date of purchase.
- Refund policy: All credit purchases are non-refundable. Credits cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
- Billing: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Important notice regarding AI-generated results

- The Service does not guarantee that the generated documentation is complete, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.
- DFA Code Intelligence shall not be liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated outputs.

Your source code is transmitted to third-party AI providers solely for the purpose of generating documentation. All proprietary AI providers operate under Zero Data Retention (ZDR) agreements.
